Return and Refund Policy for Mobile Phone Cases
At CORAL CASE, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary, and we want to make this process as seamless as possible for you. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options and obligations when returning a mobile phone case purchased from us.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your mobile phone case must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Received a defective or wrong product
If you receive a defective, damaged case or a different item then the invoice, please contact us immediately at admin@coralcase.uk. We will arrange an exchange for a perfect item once the defect/ fault has been verified. In such cases, Coral Case will bear the cost of return shipping. If we require the item to be returned for verification, you will be asked to provide a copy of the shipping invoice via email. Upon successful verification in your favor, the shipping cost will be reimbursed promptly.
3.2 Wrong Item Purchased
If you accidentally purchase the wrong phone case model and realize it after receiving your order, please do not open or use the product.
You may return it to us for an exchange under the following conditions:
- You will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and a small exchange fee.
- Please visit the link below to complete your exchange procedure.
4. Change of Mind & Non-Fault Returns
We truly understand your situation and respect your decision. If you have purchased the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer need the item, you are welcome to return it for a refund. However, we encourage you to consider exchanging it for another product from the Coral Case website, as this may better meet your needs.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Include your invoice number and the reason for return. This helps us identify your order and process your return more efficiently. Missing information may delay or cancel your refund.
Restocking Fee
- 30% restocking fee: If the product is returned in the same condition as received, you will be refunded 70% of the product price.
- 50% restocking fee: If the product has been opened, you will be refunded 50% of the product price.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the returned item.
Refund Confirmation
- Once your refund is completed, you will receive a notification from the payment gateway you used for your purchase.
- Please note that Coral Case may not send a separate email regarding the refund.
5. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your mobile phone case. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Condition of Returned Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria. If your mobile phone case is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we may reject the return or deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
